COMMENTARY:

ITEM ONE: Hardee's Monster Thickburger®. A staff member picked me up one of these & a Coke Zero (Sugar). Shout out to Hardees.com for their REALLY handy website with the ability to deconstruct their menu offerings. I was able to easily subtract the bun, and see the resulting slightly-less-insane "nutrition". If one is going to overdo it, it might as well be accurate.

ITEM TWO: Coke Zero® vs "Coke Zero" (Sugar)®. Tried the new "improved" taste yesterday with a 2-liter. Not impressed at all. To be fair, also tried it in a fountain drink with the above "snack". WHY CAN'T WE HAVE NICE THINGS!!! IF I WANTED A DIET COKE, I'D BUY ONE.
395.6 lb Lost so far: 60.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
