Just back to where I was a week ago. Sigh.

Carbs=20.67g Net C=7.87g RDI=36%

Got really serious approx. June 13 = 18+31+27=77 days up to/incl AUGUST 28st
-59.2/77 days = -0.769 lb/day

Noodles served for lunch w/ pasta as alternate, so took a 9-hour break from food other than some coconut & MCT oils. Sometimes having little control over meals is a plus.
395.8 lb Lost so far: 59.8 lb.    Still to go: 50.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
