I lost the pound that I gained last week. I kind of got lost...have been for a couple of weeks. I had started skipping breakfast and lunch and just eating whatever I wanted for dinner. I know that's not sustainable. I just need to keep counting my calories.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good progress... just re-focus and breathe. Perhaps introducing a one-day fast (weekly or bi-weekly) will help jump-start your metabolism?
