Yea, yea broke 400. Again. Whoopty freak'n...

At least today is shaping up to be around 8 carbs (regular & net). They're serving non-breaded/battered/gravy'ed/adulterated CHICKEN BREAST portions! Asked to have them for them for lunch, dinner, & late snack. Might go over protein %, but scr*w it.

At the next "Residents' Meeting" gonna ask if they could keep a bag in the freezer if possible for days w/ hardly anything I can eat, such as noodles for the meal & spaghetti for the alternate. Should have done so months ago.
