I realize now that I preceded my last weigh in with a 20+ hour fast. Only one day of following the Ketosis diet and I already feel the "Keto Flu" symptoms, and I see Ketones in my testing strips. I didn't expect to see Ketones until Saturday or Sunday, so I believe I've jump started my transition a bit with that fast.

Today I am going to have a couple of meals I have not had in a while or before. I will make a taco salad, which is an easy go to meal as I can have the meat prepared in advance. I also will have a form of egg salad, which will have egg, mayonnaise, tuna, and relish; I had something similar when I was a child, and I thought it was good, so I'll give it a try with some modifications to make it more macro friendly!

These little Jello packs are great, but I wonder if they are actually carb free. They only show 5 calories and they show 1 gram of protein, but I am suspicious as I don't recognize any artificial sweetener taste.For now I am using them as a sort of dessert.
