Been up a little and down a little. This week has been particularly hard because it seems that as I get closer to being below 190 I freak out a little bit. So, I've been doubling down on maintaining my Bright Lines and not falling into temptation traps. On Monday I went to the grocery store and bought all the food stuffs I would need to see me through this week. Then I went home and prepped and cooked so there would be ZERO need to go to the store. It seems the grocery store has been the cause of many "fails" on my part recently. I anticipate being below 190 by Sunday.

Meanwhile, the new cook book by Matt Frazier, the No Meat Athlete, is due to come out soon. He's got a great pre-order deal on it. I've been enjoying his meal planning and nutrition tips since last June when I started on my weight loss journey.
