have a new favorite snack. Carmel rice cakes butter cinnamon and small amount of honey. kills my sweet cravings . Don t think the cave man had rice cakes but....I like to think we have come up a little.


197.5 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
