Difficult week. Extremely hungry constantly . Fought it and won often. Today has been terrible . I am using the, "I deserve it" and "Today is a special day" excuses . I deserve it because I have been so good for so long. Today I went to my grandaughter's "gender reveal day". They had cupcakes and cake. Two things that I have been craving for weeks. I had a teeny tiny piece of cake. Stopped AT KFC after and got chicken tenders, an ice tea. Just remembered it was supposed to have a chocolate chip cookie . I will look in bag. Sorta hope they forgot it. Already ate PINK filling in the cake. Can you say, "girl"?
273.6 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 75.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Gosh, I can relate to using every excuse in the book for grab something to put in my mouth. There is a positive in your day in that it looks like you have tracked your food intake, no matter what it was. Doing that in itself,IMO, helps you with putting the brakes on the one more or one after another, or "heck" I had one, why not two, or three and then the who cares comes into play. Hope tomorrow brings you a better day.
