This is the crap I hate. Stuck to the diet perfectly, but didn't drink enough water for ONE DAY, and I go up 3 pounds. I hate my body.

At least you know it is temporary! I have the same problem. I weigh myself every day, but I only record on FS once per week. That way, I don't punish myself for the daily fluctuations.

Don't worry too much about single day fluctuations. Instead, focus on the trend lines!
And don't move to recording just once a week. It sounds like a really good idea in theory, but it's impossible to know if that one day you weigh yourself is just a fluctuation day or not itself.
