This is the crap I hate. Stuck to the diet perfectly, but didn't drink enough water for ONE DAY, and I go up 3 pounds. I hate my body.
228.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 68.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1687 kcal Fat: 44.12g | Prot: 82.09g | Carb: 135.57g.   Breakfast: Coffee-Mate Original Powder Creamer. Lunch: Beets, Fresh Selections Shredded Carrots, Cherry Tomatoes, Young Green Onions, Calavo Avocado, Ken's Steak House Fat Free Sun-dried Tomato Vinaigrette, Lettuce, Skinless Chicken Breast. Dinner: Pork Loin (Tenderloin), Vegetable Soup (Home Recipe). Snacks/Other: Honeycrisp Apples, Kroger Salted Peanuts, Milk (Nonfat), Jell-O Chocolate Pudding Sugar & Fat Free, Kraft Cool Whip Free, Red Table Wine, Oranges. more...

At least you know it is temporary! I have the same problem. I weigh myself every day, but I only record on FS once per week. That way, I don't punish myself for the daily fluctuations.

Don't worry too much about single day fluctuations. Instead, focus on the trend lines! And don't move to recording just once a week. It sounds like a really good idea in theory, but it's impossible to know if that one day you weigh yourself is just a fluctuation day or not itself. Good luck!

Just keep doing what you are doing an making a healthier lifestyle and it will come! The lifestyle is the important part!
