One week back on my regimen. Back down to the weight I was before my trip. My theory is that a lot of that weight was just being in the top half of my weigh window. Feel so much better to be back in my usual routine.
153.6 lb Lost so far: 31.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
