Maintained the same weight which was a plus since we went to (another) movie on Sunday. This time to see "The Salesman" and we had popcorn at the movie followed by dinner out with our friends. My husband picked the same Thai restaurant where we ate last week. They have good food and we know how to work the menu in order to get delish and healthier food without any weight gain the next day. I did have some mango/banana/cacao nibs when I got home as a dessert. It was late and I shouldn't have indulged but C'est La Vie. Meanwhile I got my almond milk creamer whipped up this morning, adding cinnamon, vanilla extract and cardamom to it. Went to the gym with my husband. It was my first visit there in over a month. I felt I was getting a little flabby. As I suspected I was super hungry after doing some weight training. I had a lunch date with a client and had perused their menu ahead of time. I got their "Inca Salad" which was made with red quinoa and corn and yulu seeds. Super delish. I finished all the grocery shopping. Now to tackle some more chores and maybe hit yoga tonight. Hope everyone's Monday is going smoothly.
202.4 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
