My weight this morning was 216.6 pounds. Yesterday I started formal oral therapy of electrolytes, consisting of the following, dissolved in hot water + lemon juice + stevia: Magnesium (epsom salts, 450mg BID) + potassium (French's NoSalt, 650mg BID) + NaCl (table salt, variable:dietary intake).
Observations: generally restful sleep, and apparent reduction of myoclonic (dystonic?) overnight activity. Upon waking, felt more "rested & calm". Will continue and monitor.
Last night I walked down to a (new to me), pub-market-restaurant, where I drank a Pacifico beer and ordered a small charcuterie plate of blood sausage & pickled veggies. 'Twas hella TASTY, keto-compliant (not the beer, tho), + The bartender on duty was a friend, whom I've been looking to meet up as she used to cut my hair. Cosmically weird, as she longer does hair, and has been wanting to reply to my text/voicemail! She gave me referral to a trusted provider. We both commented that each other looked familiar, but, it didn't "click" until I had mentioned that I lived "right up the street".
Love such interactions!

In other news, I've been writing this text (not Siri dictating). I'm deliberately using both hands, (thumbs). Part of my intent to rehab my "lefty". My left limb neurologic system was left scrambled, after a cerebral hemorrhage 4 yrs ago. I e done well on the recovery path, but still need to frequent exercise & usage. Anyway, the plus is that I am discovering new iOS features that help. Should help my foray back into scripting. Now, to fix my aging eyes!
