Only 1.5 pounds lost this week but its a loss and that's what counts. I knew that I wouldn't keep losing at the rate I had before.
Just need to keep motivated and the new me will slowly evolve and hopefully I will start to feel the benefit health wise soon. Thank you everyone for your continuing support 😉
205.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 51.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
