Aaannnddd I'm back on track. Been running just under 1,300 kcals a day this week and not even feeling hungry. It's amazing how full you feel eating mainly protein!
205.0 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
