So almost 3 pounds lost this week. I'll take it! Only exercise was walking a mile on Wednesday and shoveling snow for 30 minutes yesterday. I rounded down my first weigh in to keep it simple, but my initial was 208.8. Can't figure out how to edit the first weigh in so things are what they are.
205.8 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
