I haven't gone to the bathroom in 7 days. That's why the gain. I can't do a laxative treatment today or tomorrow because I'm driving to Indiana and back. I'm going to try to do the laxative treatment on Sunday night before bed before bed so I can clear my gut hopefully before the wedding my older daughter and I are going to Monday night.
140.8 lb Lost so far: 67.0 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I know you mentioned a condition you have and you've probably tried all different things but just wanted to throw this out there... I use CALM every day and it really helps keep things moving along....

I've found that low electrolytes can keep me bound up. A drink of salty broth can open the dam. Stay hydrated, and if you are going low carb, you need lots of salt, potassium and magnesium. Eat avocados and yes, the Calm product mentioned above, or other magnesium. It's unpleasant; I hope you feel better soon!

eat foods high in fiber such as legumes, veggies and fruits. It's suggested for eat 25 g of fiber a day. Here's my super power protein drink and it will CLEAN you gut LOL. Protein Powder (plant based preferably) 1 whole peeled lemon 1 tomato spinach berries 2-3 raw broccoli clusters Pitted dates and/or prunes to sweeten it and/or any other sweetener if needed Add water depending how liquid you want the shake to be. Put all in a blender and enjoy :) Let me know how it goes. It should take effect in 1-2 days
