Tired this morning but managed to drag myself outside for a shorter than usual hike but at least I got the exercise in. Also, back down this morning with my weigh in. Have a happy Wednesday.
229.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 41.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
