Sweated at the gym.....
No cheat days and no cheating..
On Raw vegetables and fruit with lots and lots of water.

Satisfied with the results but still got a long way to go!
210.3 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
