Starting the day off with some eggs cooked in a little butter. I haven't had that in a while, and should probably include more eggs considering the need for protein and their effect on my satiety.

I head out in about 20 minutes to work in a new office for the day. I picked up some extra hours and am helping out an office in need, so I can see that as a win-win. I admittedly didn't want to get out of bed, but sometimes you have to do what you don't want to do!

Dealt with cravings pretty badly yesterday so I decided I could eat up to maintenance if needed. I'm not actually sure if I felt hunger or if something else is up with my stomach; I've been having some issues down there as of late, likely due to the diet change.

Time to finish getting ready and to head out!
231.6 lb Lost so far: 116.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Eggs are a staple for me - nothing keeps me full as long as 3 eggs in the morning (okay, I eat at 1 PM but it's still "breakfast!") Anything high in carbs and I'm fighting cravings all day long. Enjoy the new work environment!
