I haven't been keeping track of calories or even weighed myself in a few weeks. I have been keeping more track of sugar and carbohydrates and not calories. It's been a real eye opener since EVERYTHING seems to have sugar in it. I limited myself to 15 grams and no more than 100 grams of carbs.
Didn't lose much but frankly, it was much easier to keep track of these two things.

I have been very much being consistent with my workouts and weight training mostly.

How have you all been doing?
208.8 lb Lost so far: 60.2 lb.    Still to go: 43.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

great job! especially with not keeping track on your diet. I agree, it was also a great eye-opener to me too to realize how much calories are in a single apple or a mug of milk. Not to mention bread... This tool on FS is great, and a lifelong lesson to me. Keep up the good job Madanjen!
