Desperate to get into the 240s, but I struggled with emotional eating last weekend and a bit of an indulgent night last night. Sticking with it to get into the 240s next week!
250.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 75.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

3153 kcal Fat: 127.70g | Prot: 100.52g | Carb: 336.36g.   Breakfast: Bonne Maman Strawberry Preserves, Peanut Butter, Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Lavash Flat Bread, Cream (Half & Half), 1% Fat Milk, Tim Hortons Everything Bagel with Cream Cheese. Lunch: Panera Bread Greek Salad (Half), Papa Gino's Xlarge Cheese Pizza. Dinner: Dewar's Scotch, Islands Restaurants Chips & Salsa with Guacamole, Gin and Tonic, Applebee's Skinnybee Margarita, On The Border Refried Beans with Cheese (Side), Costa Vida Sweet Pork Enchiladas. more...
