I'm kind of glad I had a gain yesterday. I do worry about diabetes, but I don't know enough about it. I do know it can cause sudden, rapid weight loss, so when that happened to me last week, I was worried. Well, after having two days of extra calories, and the resultant weight gain, I feel reassured. My overeating was in reaction to the people in my life, and is another confirmation that the sooner I can move, the better. Feeling really strong today: been out gardening, had health breakfast and lunch. Here's to the rest of the day!
