I'm kind of glad I had a gain yesterday. I do worry about diabetes, but I don't know enough about it. I do know it can cause sudden, rapid weight loss, so when that happened to me last week, I was worried. Well, after having two days of extra calories, and the resultant weight gain, I feel reassured. My overeating was in reaction to the people in my life, and is another confirmation that the sooner I can move, the better. Feeling really strong today: been out gardening, had health breakfast and lunch. Here's to the rest of the day!
226.6 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 96.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I always go online and look at images of the ravages of diabetes. And it works. Then I look at pics of bodies online that are in Great shape.
