Lalala.. Not trying! :) All about the music and work at the moment.. Had a nice run through of a Beethoven piano trio with my group tonight.

144.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 1.1 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 1.5 lb a week

Great - I am an oboist and played professionally as my first career. Loved it and now miss it but there came a time for change in my life.
