What a disaster. My goal was 76kg. when I started. I am a diabetic and I was travelling well until I started "Duodart". I only eat small amounts of GOOD food, a glass of red wine daily. Break out on Thursdays with MacDonald's cappuccino coffee and a Grand Angus. 1 glass of Saxby Diet Ginger beer and a sweet biscuit before bed. Where am I going wrong? I walk about 4 to 5 k daily, plus what I walk about the yard and house.
178.6 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Frustrating! By your calories in/out you should be losing. Water weight? muscle weight? Or is there anything you aren't recording? Sleep eating? haha XD but seriously it has been known to happen.
