I am not sure what happened to solicit that much weight loss. I know that I was unable to eat for a vast majority of the day and was desperately low on energy for the latter pat of that period.

I cannot complain at that! Puts me at just shy of 10lbs from my next milestone!

Might have over done the protein today. Things went a little askew from my plans, apparently I left the fridge open all night, so my meals I prepared in advanced aren't looking too good. Another cooking day I suppose.
260.8 lb Lost so far: 87.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
