No, it hasn't been 10 pounds in a week ( I wish) ,That was a new scale issue that has since been returned. I've been bouncing between 150 & 154 for months now.

Good for you. You say you were bouncing the same weight for months, I hate when that happens...usually I just tweak something and it changes.
