I tried out a couple new supplements yesterday that were touted to promote better sleep, and it seems like it may have actually helped. Though, even before I took the supplements I knew I was on the verge of crashing hard. Getting to sleep was not so much a concern as staying asleep was. The two new supplements are GABA and ZMA for those that are interested. I will comment again when I've had more time to test them.

I woke up to a sizable difference in weight again which appears to show that the new diet is working. I noticed that I was very hungry, which is never really the case first thing in the morning, so I ate something more tangible than a couple scoops of protein whey. I think that I might have been cutting the calories a little too much in the hopes to promote more rapid weight loss, so today I'm eating a slight deficit in the hopes that will prevent starvation mode from occurring.

If anyone is knowledgable on Ketosis or HFLC diets, I'd love to chat with them to get some ideas and pointers.

I guess I forgot to edit the weight. 268.6 is the new weight.
268.6 lb Lost so far: 79.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
