I know I weighed yesterday... I cant get to the scale to weigh daily because of my job. Today 24 hour shift yesterday a 6 hr shift for 2 different companies plus 2.5 hrs on my PRN job. On the up side... I can not leave the premises to get food.. the companies do not like you getting delivery... and that leaves the lunch box... don't bring it cant have it. I have not been sticking to the 16:8 factor and today is the day to GET STRICT. I want to look good in my new dresses when they get here!
