Good heavens, I only put on a couple of kilos. I went on a trip on the Mekong and the food was glorious. Did a lot of walking when ashore. Drank plenty of bottled water. Back to the hard grind.
173.3 lb Lost so far: 14.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
