so. 17 pounds since Christmas! YAY me. Only 8 pounds more till I am under 200 pounds for the first time in 30 years. I have gotten as close as 209 before but something in my head always freaks out and I start gaining like crazy. I am trying to keep an eye on me this time keeping track of emotional baggage can be difficult but it must be faced. I will get through this 25 pounds at a time.
207.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
