I was afraid to get on the scale this morning. We went out last night to the Fairmont - mmmmmm the Chateau burger is so fineeeee with red wine. I did however go with a salad instead of fries.

The damage seems to have been held at bay as the scale did not move today.

217.2 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
