I really didn't do that well - u can see it on my food log for 2/13 :( - the BBQ place was packed and we couldn't get in so we went for Italian restaurant - even though I did horrible the next day I was back in action - I didn't let that meal ruin me and bring me down into an eating binge- I heard sometimes it's good to shock ur system with a high calorie day then back down to routine and low calorie days.
