Such major anxiety to go out tonight for Valentines Day- were doing the exact same thing we did last year at the exact same places-90 minute massages and dinner at a BBQ smokehouse (ordering pulled pork nachos and corn soufflé to share) I almost feel like a recovering addict who is now having a small relapse !!!! Why do I feel so guilty and nervous??

Yes, it makes sense if you focus on the mood alter the food creates for us...it is about portion control isn't it? Always new for us. You can do it, drink plenty of water throughout the day and maybe eat a healthy snack before the dinner so you are not too hungry and want to overeat. But, enjoy the day and have fun.

I had chicken chow mein last night. I feel the same. Your meal on the other hand... I could get into that.
