The switch to the ketogenic diet really gave me a kick. I did no extra exercise - I stopped the elliptical because I wanted to see the effect the diet had. I will get back on the the elliptical now, and I will be doing Hip Hop Abs with my wife. The Shakeology really helped even out my mood and energy levels - I think I've found a good soltion for my wife and I. She dropped over 2 pounds this weeks as well :)
