I wasn't able to make anything for dinner. What little I could make simply was not appealing, so I munched on sunflower seeds. That apparently was sufficient to yield a large drop.

I caved and had a full blown energy drink today. It was a treat for finally breaking through the 280 barrier, especially with such force, that I felt I deserved it.

My intention is not to complete remove all of the terrible unhealthy foods I oh so enjoy, but to make them treats instead of normal routine. I just need to make sure I only buy enough for one serving or I'll pig out!
278.4 lb Lost so far: 69.6 lb.    Still to go: 28.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
