Well not the first week loss I was hoping for (wanted to be in the 280's) but at least I didn't feel as though I suffered being on the LCHF diet. But, if all goes well this coming week I will be in seven more days!
290.0 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 100.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

That is an awesome loss! Just imagine, that could mean almost 20 lbs in a month! Nothing slow about that. 😀
