Didn't sleep well and felt awful today. Likely due to the large carb binge followed by an immediate fast the other day.

I'm sure I'll lose more again after a good nights sleep, and I feel much better after eating a meal and taking some advil/aspirin.

Definitely knew that a 3lb over night loss was not going to stick! Oh well, will keep at it!
281.2 lb Lost so far: 66.8 lb.    Still to go: 31.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
