Starting to drop weight again after Xmas and New Year. Still .5kg over desired weight. Very hot at 0600 hrs.' for walking. Unusual for temp to be over 26 at that hour. This am 30 deg.
169.1 lb Lost so far: 18.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
