Feel awful today. Have been unable to sleep since this whole thing started, at least more than a few hours at a time, but I think I will not have much issue sleeping today. It is 8 hours before bed time and I feel like I have been up all night.

They warned me that the diet change was likely to feel terrible initially. It is making it hard to avoid those carbs.

Still, must keep at it! The goal is to be into the 270s before the end in February, a completely arbitrary goal I have placed on myself, so that is about 14lbs in 8 weeks.
284.0 lb Lost so far: 64.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
