It looks like most of the water weight from the previous carb and sodium content has mostly faded away.

I was 350 lbs about this time last year, but I hit a wall at 278 at my lowest in quite some time. I bounced off in the low 280s and the high 270s numerous times, so here is to keeping with it and busting through the barrier!
284.0 lb Lost so far: 64.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
