ive gone up 3 pounds since august......honestly im not stressing those pounds at all! i wasnt eating right or exercising so im SOOOO happy the gain wasnt greater! But its a new year! and im ready to kicks this weights butt!!!! Goal #1....no cheating for 1 full month! Exercise for atleast 30 mins every single day.....Will update on Feb 4th! :)
264.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 129.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Good luck! But do not get discouraged - you set your goals very high. My goals are to exercise three times a week for 20 minutes. And walking on the off days. Be careful cheating means something difficult to each person. And we all struggle with temptations. I hope you reach your goal.
