IN THE LAST WEEK I HAVE BEEN DRINKING TONS OF WATER.

SINCE MY LAST WEIGH IN, I LOST ALMOST 5 POUNDS!!!

It has to be the water weight since I have done some pretty intense workouts this week. What do you think?

I guess I will enjoy it today but I made a commitment to lose even a little or gain nothing at all and I just can't see not gaining something here.

Well...I will enjoy it while I can and maybe the commitment should be not to get higher than my previous weight, in crazy cases like this?

207.0 lb Lost so far: 62.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I hear water does make you lose weight. I was going to down a ton of water this weekend to see if I can drop my last 7 lbs in two weeks or less
