YaY! Had to weigh myself now after 10 days. Down 2 pounds, so that is great. I feel that I have been adhering well to the regimen, although there was a 4 day road trip and two picnics in the mix and so there was a bit of social drinking. I am realizing that the accomodation of alcoholic drinks is such a waste of calories! Definitely might have lost more weight with that excluded. On paper (writing down everything) I see that I look like a solid drinker, but frankly I confess that I have been using the drinks as a kind of trade for eating less all day and that is not good regimen logic.
