I managed to put some good habits back in place in December; paid attention to what I was eating, when I was eating and how much I was moving, as well as finding ways to manage stress besides snacks and sugar.
240.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week
