I did it! I made my first goal! I really didn't think it would happen with the extra (not going over, but extra) calories I had. Staying home today and I'm going to be good. Time to step it up now. 80 pounds to go. I think I'm going to make every 10 pounds my next goal :)
199.7 lb Lost so far: 21.3 lb.    Still to go: 79.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you....I think smaller goals are important as the total number can seem a bit overwhelming (at least in my case). I remember from my old WW days that we would celebrate each 5#s....today, I celebrate each 1#. Keep up the great work...and the next 10#s will be gone sooner than you realize:)
