Hi, everyone! I am up in my weight for my Wednesday weigh in, but I am still below my goal weight. I told you all that I added bread to my menu plan. My weight gain is not because of the bread. The problem was me buying "Pecan Delight" chocolate candy and instead of having one serving, having more than one. Oh, I have learned my lesson. Weight gain is a part of life if you don't stick to your menu. Whoever said sometimes we just need a break, they were so right. I got a promotion at work on Monday and I have been celebrating with food for three days. I am still happy about my promotion, but the celebrating with food is over. I am on track again. I want to stay below my goal weight. I am wishing you all good luck in your weight journey. Be good to yourself and make healthy choices. I'm telling myself that, too. :)
132.4 lb Lost so far: 69.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congratulations on the promotion. Long term maintenance is an up and down journey. Staying exactly the same weight only happens if you weigh 200 and are trying to lose! I have been maintaining for a year now and I did let myself get 3 lbs over goal during the Christmas holidays and have just this week got those 3 lbs off. You would think there is a magic formula of calories/carbs that would follow religiously every day and take the guess work out, but that is not how it works. The scale always fluctuates.
