The slowed weightloss has been intentional. Giving myself a little time to process my progress so far. A lot of stress lately. My Dad will be having open heart surgery at the end of the month, I am preparing to help him through the recovery. Afterward my focus will come back to my own health.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 119.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
