Not such a big loss but a loss just the same 😀, Last week's get together was lovely but it took me to Wednesday to get my weight back to what it was before so I'm glad I have lost a little. The get together was just what we both needed so no regrets especially as the food and drink was so good and the company great. I'm doing a little more walking regardless of how much I hurt, pushing through the pain as I know losing weight will eventually, hopefully, mean less pain. Only just over a month until the wedding and posh frock day so I must keep up with my good work. I am so grateful for the encouragement I get from this group it helps so much.
