I lost it a little towards the end of the day, but still way less calories then I was eating before and I lost 2 pounds! I just have to keep making good choices. With consistency, I will reach my goals.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
