This nickel and dime thing is killing me!!!

I know in the next few days there will be a half pound or one pound loss but it is a bit frustrating.

HAPPY HUMP DAY EVERYONE!!
208.6 lb Lost so far: 60.4 lb.    Still to go: 43.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You'll discover the loss will slow up at times. If you're following a good plan, stick with it as the loss will start again.
